About Us

Established in 2020, the first flagship “Restaurant Emmelyn” of Club Emmelyn features contemporary European cuisine set in an elegant space designed by Award Winning Canadian Architects, 2PIR, to invoke a sense of luxury and indulgence while dining within the heart of Guangzhou City, China.

The restaurant's Executive Chef is Chef Caleb Carter from New Zealand, who sources from the freshest and finest seasonal produce from abroad and locally, paired with classical French culinary techniques presented with a modern approach to seasonal menu concepts that reflects chef's cultural heritage and culinary experience.

To complement our menu, our restaurant showcases a unique collection of international labels as well as a strong focus on French fine wines. And nestled within the restaurant, we provide a cozy and intimate restaurant bar offering seasonal cocktails for our guests to begin and end their meal.
